REFUND & EXCHANGE
Refund and exchange claims must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. We only accept returns if item is damaged or defected. Sale items are final and non refundable.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags intact.
How to return:
1. Contact email@example.com with subject: Returns Request.
2. Provide a receipt or proof of purchase in email and reason for request.
3. Include photos of issue, if any.
4. Wait for pick up approval.
5. Once approved, a pick up service will be set. You will be notified by email or contacted by phone to schedule pick up.
6. Your item will undergo an inspection for approval. You will be notified of approval or rejection of request.
If refund request is approved, you will receive full store credit which can be redeemed on our website at any time.
If exchange request is approved, we will recieve a new item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note, customers cannot request change of models. Exchanges are only for same model unless unavailable, in which case customer can order a different model with the same value or recieve full store credit.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
